2017 Clocktower Runners Marathon Training Program
The program consists of 18 weeks, starting Monday June 5th, with the first group long run on Saturday, June 10th. The program culminates with the Bank of America Chicago Marathon on October 8th, 2017.

We will introduce our program at the Kick off Clinic on Saturday, June 3rd, 2017 and would like all program participants to attend. Our training runs start at 6:30 am right in front of the Clocktower
The program again includes optional speed training.

Requirements: You should be able to run six miles consistently and have a weekly base of 20 miles before undertaking the marathon training program.
Contributions: Although we are a no fee running club, we do incur a number of operating expenses including our RRCA membership and insurance. To defray these costs, an annual donation of $20 for membership and marathon training is suggested per member, however any contribution is appreciated. Cash or a check may be made payable to "Clocktower Runners" and brought in person to our marathon kick-off on June 3, 2017 or go to this link to donate via PayPal.
