I'm not sure if you mean you can't run on those days or the specific workouts. In any event... The schedule I wrote is a modification of several plans. You can make up your own by including a tempo and interval weekly as many do, but include at least one or the other. Do a search for Pfitzinger's Marathon Plan. Also look for Glover's...both have advocates. If you want a plan that includes only 3 days of (more intense) running, check for the FIRST program. I have books covering each of those three, but you can find the plans online. Here is a more flexible option. go to runnersworld.com and (on teh homepage) look for Smart Coach. You develop you own program by giving how intense you want it to be and so it. It will provide you with all the workouts. Looks good! If you want an individual coach, try Coach Leach at coachleach.com. He meets at the CARA board (Diversey) for group core workouts and speed. If you contact him, tell him I referred you.
